Best Dressed at the Cannes Film Festival 2012
Cannes Film Festival is a 12 day annual extravaganza of fashion and film. This is like the Oscars but is less formal and controlled. It is one of the events I look forward to yearly because of the fashion, the stars and the models. All the actors and actresses looked very dashing in their red carpet gowns and suits and here are my best dressed ones:
Reese Witherspoon was able to hide her baby bump under a beautiful black Emilio Pucci with pink heels. As they say, a little black dress will always go a long way!
Anja Rubik looks a little bit more conservative in a sheer Emilio Pucci dress compared to her close to nothing Anthony Vaccarello dress she wore at the MET gala.
Doutzen Kroes towered in a shiny emerald Elie Saab number that only she, can pull off.
Nothing wrong with a beautiful red dress on the red carpet! Kristen Stewart looked absolutely beautiful in a low neck Reem Acra dress.
A short dress will never fail at Cannes so this beautiful Proenza Schouler number worn by Liya Kebede looked superb on her.
Ann Consigny in Alexis Mabille couture. This dress is here because I do not often see an Alexis Mabille couture gown on the red carpet and it is such a beautiful dress!
Diane Kruger always always looks like a million bucks and so expensive in anything she wears. I love this Vivienne Westwood shiny gown on her!
