A Summer Home
Check this out… A Summer Home tells the story of Pru Pope, who after several years away in New York City returns home to Cape Cod, Massachusetts to visit her ailing mother. She uncovers stages of recognition about herself, nature, youth and the troubled relationship with her sister.
It’s 15 minutes long and makes for an immensely watchable short film with a captivating narrative, gorgeous cinematography and a soundtrack that matches perfectly.
Written and Directed by Jo-Ann and Liam McAuliffe.
